Anyone else feeling the Q3/Q4 pinch at Gen Digital?

Hey all, Been with Gen Digital for a while now, across a couple of the acquired entities. Lately, the general mood feels... different. Budget discussions seem tighter, project ramp-ups are slower than usual, and there's this low hum of 'what ifs' going around. Not seeing any official announcements or anything concrete, but the usual Q4 push doesn't seem to be happening with the same intensity. Is this just me, or are others picking up on similar vibes? Performance reviews are coming up, and I'm wondering if we should brace for anything, or if it's just the typical end-of-year slowdown. Curious to hear if anyone has intel or experiences something similar in other departments. Just trying to get a read on the situation without causing unnecessary panic.

Yeah, I'm definitely feeling it too. It's like the energy has shifted. Things that used to get quick approvals now seem to be stuck in a longer review cycle. Also noticed a lot more emphasis on cost-saving initiatives across the board. Just hoping it doesn't impact the innovation side of things too much.

I've noticed a similar slowdown. It's not just you. There's a general sense of caution, and it feels like resources are being allocated more strategically, which I guess is understandable given the economic climate. Let's hope it's a temporary adjustment and not a sign of deeper issues.
