I've definitely noticed a shift in resource allocation recently. It feels like a more cautious approach to spending across the board. Project timelines are being scrutinized more than usual, and there's a real emphasis on demonstrating ROI for any new initiatives. It's understandable given the current economic climate, but it does make things feel a bit more constrained than in previous years. Hopefully, it's a temporary phase.
Interesting you bring this up. While I haven't seen outright 'cuts' in my immediate area, there's definitely a heightened awareness of costs and a slower pace for approving new expenditures. Things that might have been fast-tracked before now require more justification and multiple sign-offs. It's created a bit of a bottleneck for some of the forward-looking projects. I'm curious to hear if others are experiencing similar delays or re-prioritizations.
