I hear you loud and clear. It feels like a vocabulary lesson every week at this point. 'Synergy,' 'leveraging,' 'paradigm shift' – you name it, we're hearing it. My gut feeling is it's mostly just a way to sound forward-thinking without actually committing to concrete, actionable change. If they wanted us to innovate, they'd give us the resources and autonomy, not just a new set of buzzwords to memorize. It's definitely a distraction, and frankly, it's starting to feel a bit disingenuous.
I can't say I'm surprised. This is pretty standard corporate theater these days. New buzzwords often signal a new strategic initiative, or at least the *perception* of one. It's possible they're trying to rally the troops around a new vision, or perhaps they're just following a trend they saw in another successful company. Without seeing tangible results or changes in our day-to-day, it just sounds like a lot of noise. Let's hope there's actually some substance behind all the jargon.
