Gen Digital - Feeling the pressure on project timelines?

Lately, it feels like project deadlines are getting shorter and the expectations for output are increasing, but the resources or headcount haven't really changed. My team is already stretched thin, and now we're being asked to deliver more, faster. It's starting to feel unsustainable and honestly, pretty stressful. We're all working hard, but it feels like we're constantly playing catch-up. Is this a company-wide thing, or am I in a particularly demanding department? Just looking to see if others are feeling this crunch and if there's any sense of what's driving it. Trying not to read too much into it, but it's definitely impacting morale.

I'm feeling it too. It seems like the 'more with less' mantra is in full effect across the board. My department's been absorbing increased workload without any additional support for months now.
