Gen Digital - Seeing a lot more "right-sizing" talk internally
28
0x28dd…0833Heard the term 'right-sizing' thrown around a couple of times in internal comms and casual chats lately, and it's giving me a bad vibe. It's usually code for something, right? Coupled with the recent uptick in conversations about 'streamlining operations' and 'optimizing headcount,' it feels like the company is gearing up for some sort of workforce adjustment. Not seeing any official announcements, but the subtext is getting harder to ignore. It's starting to feel a bit like the calm before the storm. Anyone else picking up on this? Curious if others are hearing similar language or seeing similar patterns in their departments. Trying not to panic, but the correlation between these buzzwords and potential layoffs elsewhere is pretty strong.
