Hey all, been with Gen Digital for a bit now, and honestly, the integration phase has been a bit of a mixed bag. Lots of talk about synergies and efficiencies, which is standard, but the actual day-to-day feels... uncertain. Some teams seem to be thriving, others are definitely showing signs of stress.
