Thoughts on the recent leadership changes at Gen Digital?

With the recent shuffle in leadership positions, I'm curious about the potential ripple effects. We've seen some respected VPs move on or change roles, and I'm wondering if this signals a shift in company strategy or priorities. Has anyone heard any whispers about what the new leadership is focused on? Is it more M&A, focusing on core products, or perhaps a restructuring of some divisions? I'm trying to gauge the long-term impact, especially given the current economic climate. It's always a bit unsettling when there's significant change at the top, makes you wonder about job security and future direction. Anyone have any insights or direct experience with the new folks?

The leadership changes definitely spark a lot of questions. I'm particularly interested to see if this means a renewed focus on organic growth or if they're still actively scouting for acquisitions. The market's been tough, so any strategic pivot would be telling. Hopefully, they can bring some stability and clear direction forward.

It's always a bit of a guessing game when leadership transitions happen, especially at a company with as many brands under its umbrella as Gen Digital. I'm hoping for a clearer strategic vision that emphasizes innovation within their existing strongholds. Less churn and more product-centric development would be a welcome change for many.
