I've been on the residential side and have noticed something similar, though maybe less pronounced. Our dealer support feels a bit stretched lately, and there have been some unexpected delays on new product introductions. It's hard to say if it's supply chain, internal restructuring, or a combination. Just hoping it doesn't impact the quality or availability of units for customers, especially with storm season coming up.
Interesting observation. From my perspective, the increased focus on efficiency and streamlining could just be the natural evolution of a company growing and looking to optimize. The industry is competitive, and staying ahead often means making tough calls on staffing and processes. Hopefully, these changes are strategic and will ultimately benefit the company and its employees in the long run.
