Generac - Anyone else's division getting stretched thin?

Been seeing some chatter around my department about needing to do more with less lately. Project timelines seem to be tightening up, and it feels like we're being asked to take on extra responsibilities without any real indication of new headcount or budget. Is anyone else experiencing this? Seems like a lot of 'efficiency' talk is being thrown around, which usually translates to more work for the same people. Curious if this is an isolated thing or a broader trend across Generac.

Yeah, I'm definitely feeling that stretch here too. Seems like every project is 'mission critical' now, and the deadlines are getting more aggressive by the week. We're constantly being asked to juggle more, and frankly, the resources just aren't keeping pace. It's tough to maintain quality when you're spread so thin. I've heard similar complaints from colleagues in other teams, so it doesn't sound like it's just us.

I can relate to the 'efficiency' talk. It feels like a euphemism for doing the same amount of work with fewer people, or at least fewer resources. The pressure is on to hit targets, but the support structure doesn't seem to be following suit. It's creating a lot of stress and burnout potential. Hopefully, leadership is actually listening to these concerns and will address the capacity issues before things get completely unmanageable.
