Generac - Anyone else's team losing members without replacement?

Just wanted to see if this is happening elsewhere or if it's just my team. We've had a couple of people leave in the last quarter, and management has been pretty non-committal about backfilling those roles. The workload hasn't decreased, obviously, so it means the rest of us are picking up the slack. It's starting to feel unsustainable, and people are getting pretty stressed. We're already stretched pretty thin, and now we're expected to do more with less. It's not just about the extra hours, it's the feeling of being constantly under pressure and worried about missing something critical because there just aren't enough hands. Is this a cost-saving measure being rolled out across the board, or is it specific to our division? Any insights would be helpful.

Yeah, it sounds like a familiar story. We've had a few departures over here too, and the official line is 'we're evaluating needs'. Meanwhile, the rest of us are drowning. It's incredibly frustrating to see the workload pile up while the company seems content to let attrition handle staffing. It breeds resentment and definitely impacts morale. Hope you guys can find a way to make it work or get some support soon.

I can absolutely relate. We've seen a similar pattern emerge. Positions are opening up and then just... staying open. The explanation is always vague, and the reality is a significant increase in stress and workload for those remaining. It's a tough environment when you feel like you're constantly fighting to keep things afloat without adequate resources. Hoping for some positive changes on your end.
