Generac - Are we heading for a hiring pause?

Lately, it feels like there's a sudden halt on any new positions opening up. I've seen several roles I was expecting to be posted, or even ones that were briefly up, disappear. On top of that, the usual chatter about expansion or new teams seems to have gone radio silent. My manager is being pretty tight-lipped when asked about headcount, just vague answers about 'strategic alignment' or 'resource optimization.' It's making me wonder if a broader hiring freeze is either in effect or imminent. Anyone else in Industrials getting similar vibes or hearing anything concrete from their leadership?
