Generac - Feeling the pinch, anyone else?

Hey all, been with Generac for a few years now and things have felt... different lately. Not hearing any concrete layoff news, but there's definitely a vibe shift. My team, and others I've chatted with offhand, are all stretched pretty thin. We're taking on more work without any indication of new hires or even filling spots where people have left. Management's been a bit cagey when asked about it directly, just talking about 'prioritization' and 'focusing on core initiatives.' It feels like we're being asked to do more with less, and the pressure is definitely mounting. Anyone else in Industrials experiencing something similar? Just trying to gauge if this is a widespread thing or if my department is an outlier. Curious to hear what others are seeing or hearing, even if it's just whispers.

Yeah, I've noticed the same thing. It's like we're expected to do more with less, and the communication from leadership hasn't exactly been transparent. Lots of buzzwords, not a lot of substance. Makes you wonder what the long-term plan is, you know? Definitely feeling the pressure to keep up, and it's starting to wear on people.

Definitely feeling it. The 'prioritization' talk feels like code for 'do more with the same resources.' It's frustrating when you're constantly putting out fires and there's no visible effort to address the underlying workload issues. Hoping it's just a temporary squeeze, but the lack of clear communication is concerning.
