Generac - Is anyone else seeing hiring freezes or delays?

Hey all, been at Generac for a few years now and things have felt... different lately. Not hearing about outright layoffs, but the usual buzz around new hires and open positions seems to have quieted down significantly. My team's been holding off on filling a req that's been open for months, and I've heard similar stories from folks in other departments. Managers are also being a lot more tight-lipped about future headcount. It feels like maybe some budget tightening is happening behind the scenes. Anyone else picking up on this? Trying to gauge if it's just my little corner of the company or something broader. Curious to hear what others are seeing or hearing, especially if you're in a different division.
