Generac - Management seems really quiet on staffing lately

It's been a strange few months. Usually, around this time of year, there's at least some discussion about future staffing needs or resource planning for the next fiscal year. Lately, though, it feels like a black hole whenever the topic of headcount or team growth comes up in any sort of official channel. Managers are being really tight-lipped, and there's a general sense of 'wait and see' that's a bit unnerving. Anyone else getting the same vibe or hearing anything through the grapevine about what's going on with our teams?

Yeah, I'm definitely picking up on that too. It's not just your team, it feels like a company-wide hush. Normally, you'd get some hints or at least buzz about potential hires or restructuring, but it's been radio silence. Makes you wonder what the strategy is behind the scenes. Hopefully, it's just a temporary pause before some positive announcements, but the lack of transparency is unsettling, for sure.

I've noticed the same thing. It's like they're waiting for something big to happen before sharing any hiring plans. Could be a new product launch, a major acquisition, or even a strategic shift. The quiet approach is definitely making people antsy, though. Fingers crossed it's a good sign and not a sign of something less positive. Definitely keeping my ears open for any whispers.
