Generac - Recent 'reorganizations' and workload shifts?

Seeing some odd team realignments happening, and a few projects that were previously considered high priority seem to have suddenly evaporated. My workload has also shifted quite a bit in the last month, with more emphasis on 'critical' tasks and less on ongoing development. It feels like management is trying to consolidate resources, but the reasoning behind it isn't being communicated clearly. Is this a sign of things to come, or just standard business fluctuations? I'm trying not to jump to conclusions, but it's hard not to connect the dots when you see these kinds of operational changes without much explanation. Anyone in a similar boat or have insights into what might be driving these adjustments?

Interesting observation. I've noticed some similar shifts myself, though perhaps less pronounced. There's definitely a feeling of 'hunkering down' and prioritizing the absolute essentials. The lack of clear communication is a bit concerning, as it breeds uncertainty. I'm hoping it's just a strategic pivot and not a precursor to something more disruptive. I can echo some of what you're seeing. The sudden re-prioritization and resource consolidation definitely feel deliberate. While I understand the need for agility, the ambiguity around the 'why' makes it hard to plan long-term. It's understandable to feel uneasy when the ground seems to be shifting underfoot. Hopefully, we'll get more clarity soon regarding the direction.
