Hoping leadership addresses these concerns transparently instead of just pushing through without acknowledging the impact on the ground.
I understand the need for efficiency, but it needs to be balanced with realistic expectations and adequate staffing. When I see roles going unfilled and hear about resource optimization, it raises questions about long-term sustainability and employee well-being.
