Generac - Slowdown in project approvals lately?

Has anyone else noticed a significant slowdown in getting new projects approved or funded recently? Seems like anything requiring budget sign-off is getting kicked down the road. Lots of 'let's revisit this next quarter' or 'needs more analysis' comments in meetings. It's creating a weird sort of paralysis. We're not hearing anything concrete about layoffs, but this hesitation across the board feels like a precursor to something. Morale is definitely taking a hit because it's hard to stay motivated when initiatives keep stalling. Anyone else experiencing this or have any intel on what might be driving it?

I've definitely felt that too. It's like the pipelines have just dried up. Used to be that project proposals would move through with reasonable speed, but now it's a constant battle to get even preliminary approvals. The 'let's revisit' comments are becoming a broken record. It's frustrating because it stalls progress and makes it hard to plan effectively. Makes you wonder what's really going on behind closed doors if they're not willing to commit to new initiatives.

Yeah, the project approval process has been sluggish for a while now. It's not just one department; it seems to be a company-wide trend. The uncertainty is the worst part. People are hesitant to invest time and energy into projects when there's no clear path to approval. It creates a sense of stagnation and makes it tough to feel motivated when your work feels like it's just going into a black hole of endless analysis.
