Generac - Whispers of restructuring? Anyone else hear anything?

Hey everyone. Been working at Generac (Industrials division) for a few years now and things have felt... different lately. Not sure if it's just me or if others are picking up on the same vibes. Management seems a bit cagey, and there's been a lot of talk about 'optimizing operations' and 'strategic realignments.' It's vague enough to make you wonder what it really means. I haven't seen any official announcements, and we're still technically hiring for some roles, but there's definitely a weird tension. Performance reviews seemed a little more intense this year, and some projects that were greenlit are suddenly on hold or scaled back. Just trying to gauge if this is a company-wide thing or if it's specific to my team/department. Anyone else in Industrials feeling this or hearing any rumors on the ground? Trying to stay ahead of potential changes if possible.
