Let's be honest, the general atmosphere feels a bit tense. While there haven't been any official announcements, the subtle signs are there – increased scrutiny on expenses, some internal project shuffling, and just a general feeling of 'hunkering down'. I've personally started updating my resume and discreetly browsing other opportunities. It's probably just prudent professional housekeeping, but the underlying unease is hard to ignore. Has anyone else started doing this? Or have you heard anything from reliable sources that suggests we should be more concerned than we are letting on? Trying to get a pulse on how widespread this sentiment is and if others are taking similar precautions.

I'm right there with you. It's not about being negative, it's about being prepared. My resume got a refresh a few weeks ago, and I've been doing some quiet networking. Better to have it ready and not need it, than to need it and not have it. The vibe has definitely shifted, and it’s wise to acknowledge that. Seeing similar trends makes me feel less alone in this concern.
