Generac Industrials - Anyone else feeling the pressure?

Just checking in to see if others at Generac Industrials are feeling the same kind of pressure I am. It feels like the workload has ramped up considerably in my area, but the team size hasn't changed, or even seems to be shrinking in some places due to attrition. Trying to figure out if this is a company-wide push for efficiency or something else. Been here a few years and haven't experienced this level of 'do more with less' before. Makes me wonder if they're planning something bigger, or just trying to squeeze every last drop out before potentially making changes. Curious to hear what others are seeing or hearing, especially in different departments. Is it just me?

I hear you. The pace has definitely picked up, and it feels like we're expected to absorb more with fewer resources. It's a tough balancing act trying to maintain quality and meet deadlines when the team is stretched thin. I've been wondering the same thing – is this a temporary push, or a new normal? Hopefully, management has a plan to address it before burnout becomes widespread. It's certainly a hot topic among colleagues.

Yeah, the 'do more with less' mentality is palpable right now. It's creating a lot of stress, and honestly, it's hard to stay motivated when you feel like you're constantly running on fumes. I'm not sure what the long-term strategy is, but it's definitely impacting morale. I'd like to see some clear communication about what's driving this and how they plan to support the teams through it. Wishing you the best in navigating it.
