Hey all, just wanted to see if anyone else in Generac Industrials is feeling a bit… uneasy lately? Been hearing some murmurs about budget cuts and maybe a hiring freeze that wasn't officially announced. My team's projects have definitely slowed down, and there's been a lot of talk about 'efficiency improvements' which, in my experience, usually means one thing. No official news, of course, but the vibe just isn't what it used to be. Anyone else seeing similar signs or have any insights into what might be going on? Trying to get a read on the situation before things get too real. Just want to be prepared, you know? Hope it's nothing, but better safe than sorry.

I've been with Generac Industrials for a while now, and I'm definitely picking up on the same vibes you're describing. The project slowdown is real, and the 'efficiency' talk is making everyone a bit nervous. It's hard to ignore when the usual pace just isn't there anymore. Yeah, the whispers are definitely out there. We haven't had any official communication about major changes, but the atmosphere has shifted. More cautious spending, less urgency on some initiatives… it all points to some belt-tightening.
