Generac Industrials - Anyone else see hiring freeze?

Is it just me or has Generac Industrials pretty much stopped all external hiring? I've been tracking some open roles in my area, and they've been posted for months with no movement. Some have even been pulled and reposted. My manager also alluded to some budget tightening for Q3/Q4 and that we should "brace ourselves" for a "strategic realignment." That doesn't sound like growth to me. I know there haven't been official layoff announcements, but the hiring freeze feels like a pretty strong indicator that the company is bracing for impact or trying to cut costs proactively. Anyone else hearing similar whispers or seeing this play out in their departments? Curious if this is a company-wide thing or specific to certain divisions within Industrials.

Definitely not just you. I've seen a similar pattern with roles in my department going stale for weeks, and some disappearing entirely. There's definitely a shift in the air regarding headcount.
