Generac Industrials - Anyone else seeing hiring freeze whispers?

Been hearing some odd things lately regarding open positions within Generac Industrials. Some reqs that were actively being recruited for seem to have gone quiet, and I've seen a couple of internal posts about 'pausing new hires' for certain roles. Again, no official announcement or anything concrete, just piecing together bits and pieces from different conversations. Is anyone else in a hiring manager role or close to recruiting seeing this? Wondering if this is a precursor to something bigger or just a temporary budget adjustment. It's a bit concerning given the recent market trends. Would appreciate any intel from other parts of the company. Are you still seeing new roles posted and interviews happening as normal, or is there a general slowdown?

I've definitely noticed a slowdown in the recruitment process for some roles on my team within Generac Industrials. What were once quick turnarounds are now taking much longer, and some requisitions that were hot just weeks ago seem to have gone cold. It's causing some frustration among my peers who are trying to fill critical gaps. I'm hoping it's just a temporary pause and not indicative of larger issues, but the silence is a bit unsettling, especially without any official word from HR or leadership.
