Hey everyone, been working at Generac Industrials for a bit now and things have been feeling a little... off lately. Lots of hushed conversations, people seem more anxious than usual. I haven't seen any official communication about layoffs, but I've been hearing some whispers from a few different departments about potential cuts coming down the pipeline. Anyone else picking up on this? Or am I just being paranoid? It's hard to tell with no concrete info. Just trying to get a read on the situation from others on here. Is anyone in management saying anything, even indirectly? Trying to brace myself if something is indeed brewing.
