Generac Industrials - Rumors of leadership changes?

Been seeing some chatter on internal Slack channels and hearing through the grapevine about potential shifts in upper management within Generac Industrials. Nothing concrete, obviously, but a few key people in leadership roles seem to be making unexpected exits or have been absent more than usual. Wondering if this is just normal churn or if it signals something bigger. Sometimes these kinds of changes precede… adjustments. Anyone have any intel on this?
