Generac Industrials - Thoughts on recent project pipeline?

Wondering if anyone else in the Generac Industrials side has noticed a significant slowdown in the project pipeline? I've been here a few years and typically we're juggling multiple big initiatives. Lately, it feels like things have really dried up. The usual chatter about upcoming opportunities just isn't there. We've completed a couple of major projects, and replacements haven't materialized at the same pace. Management keeps talking about 'strategic realignment' and 'focusing on core competencies,' but from where I'm sitting, it feels like we're consolidating rather than expanding. It's making me a bit nervous, especially with the broader economic climate. Just wanted to open up a discussion to see if this is a common observation or if I'm perhaps in a specific area that's experiencing this more acutely. Any insights or alternative perspectives would be appreciated. Trying to get a clearer picture of the division's direction and potential future workload.
