Generac Industrials - What's the mood like on the floor?

Hey all, been lurking here for a bit and seeing some chatter about things being tight at Generac Industrials, but nothing concrete. Just wanted to see what the general vibe is across different departments. I'm in manufacturing, and yeah, it feels like we're being asked to do more with less, and there's definitely a nervous energy. Projects seem to be getting re-prioritized more often than usual, and there's been a lot of talk about efficiency improvements, which can be a good thing, but also sometimes a precursor. Has anyone else noticed a shift in management's communication or focus lately? Are things feeling stable where you are, or is there a similar underlying tension? Just trying to gauge if this is a widespread feeling or if I'm overthinking things. Any insights would be appreciated.

Manufacturing floor here too. Can confirm the 'do more with less' feeling. Seems like budgets are being squeezed across the board, and you can feel the pressure to hit targets even with fewer resources. It's not outright panic, but definitely a sense of unease and a constant push for better output. Honestly, it's making things pretty stressful when you're trying to plan ahead and priorities keep shifting.

In operations, and yeah, the mood is...tense. There's a lot of emphasis on streamlining and cost-saving measures. While efficiency is always good, the pace at which changes are being implemented and the constant re-evaluations are definitely causing some friction and uncertainty. Folks are trying to stay positive and adaptable, but it's hard not to notice the undercurrent of concern about what might be coming next.
