Hey everyone, Seeing a lot of chatter about performance reviews across different departments in Generac Industrials. It feels like the usual end-of-year push, but there's also an undercurrent of anxiety. Has anyone else noticed increased scrutiny on metrics or project completions? My team's been given some pretty ambitious targets lately, and it feels like we're being set up for something, though I can't quite put my finger on what. No official word on layoffs or anything major, but the general atmosphere feels... tense. Just trying to gauge if this is a company-wide thing or if it's localized to specific divisions. Anyone have insights from other areas or heard any specific feedback from management that might shed light on the situation? Trying to stay positive but also want to be realistic about what might be coming down the pipeline. Any positive or negative news is welcome.

Yeah, I've definitely felt that pressure too. Metrics seem to be the main focus, and there's a lot more talk about efficiency gains and output numbers than usual. Our manager is really pushing us to hit those targets, which is fine, but it does create a bit of stress when you're already stretched thin. Hopefully, it's just standard end-of-year stuff and not a precursor to anything bigger.

My department's also feeling the heat. We've had several meetings dedicated solely to project timelines and performance metrics, with a lot of emphasis on 'optimization.' It's strange because business hasn't seemed to drastically change, but the scrutiny is definitely up. Trying not to jump to conclusions, but it's hard not to wonder what's driving this increased focus.
