GD - Any chatter about Project Yellowstone funding delays?

Hey everyone. Been working at GD for a few years now, primarily on the [REDACTED] side. Lately, I've been hearing some whispers, mostly through the grapevine, about potential delays or re-evaluations on some of the bigger R&D projects, specifically mentioning something folks are calling 'Project Yellowstone'. It's not directly tied to personnel yet, but it feels like the kind of thing that could precede broader budget reallocations or even workforce adjustments if it gets scaled back. Has anyone else heard anything similar, or noticed any unusual budget scrutiny in their departments? My manager is being pretty tight-lipped, which is unusual for them. Trying to gauge if this is just internal reshuffling or something bigger. Thanks in advance.

I've been hearing similar murmurs about Project Yellowstone. It's concerning, especially if it impacts future R&D investment. I'm hoping it's just a temporary hold-up and not a sign of deeper financial issues. Keep an eye on any official announcements, but the unofficial word does seem to be pointing towards some re-prioritization within the company's research initiatives.

Haven't heard specifics about Yellowstone, but budget shifts are common in this industry, especially with large-scale R&D. Companies often re-evaluate projects based on evolving strategic needs and funding availability. It's wise to be prepared for potential adjustments, but let's not jump to conclusions until there's more concrete information circulating. Stay vigilant.
