GD - Anybody else seeing a dip in internal mobility?

I've been looking to move to a different department within GD for a while now, and it feels like the process has become significantly more difficult. Used to be, you'd see openings pop up, talk to HR, and things would move. Lately, though, it seems like internal applications are either getting fewer responses, or the roles are being filled internally before they even get posted widely. I've also heard whispers from colleagues in other departments that their hiring managers are being told to prioritize external hires for certain roles, which is odd. Is this a broader trend across GD, or am I just in a tough spot? Feels like the internal ladder is getting a bit sticky.
