GD - Anyone else getting the 'do more with less' vibe lately?

Been with GD for a few years now, and I've noticed a definite shift. It feels like every project is being squeezed, and the expectations are only going up. We're being asked to take on more responsibilities without a corresponding increase in resources or headcount. Some of my colleagues are also feeling it – a lot of extra hours being put in, and it's starting to wear on people. It's not just one department either, seems to be a company-wide push. I'm trying to stay optimistic, but it's hard not to feel like we're being set up for something down the line. Anyone else experiencing this 'efficiency' drive and how are you coping?
