GD - Is the 'hollow out' feeling real? Projects continue, but core teams seem smaller.

I've been with GD for a while now, and I'm starting to get a weird vibe. We keep winning contracts, and the project work seems to be steady, but the actual number of people on many of these projects feels like it's shrinking. It’s like they're trying to do more with less by just stretching the existing folks thinner and thinner. Instead of backfilling roles when people leave, or bringing on new dedicated personnel for new projects, it feels like we're just absorbing that work into our current workload. Is anyone else seeing this? It's not like there are mass layoffs announced, but the operational reality feels like a slow, steady reduction in force through attrition and not replacing. Makes me a bit nervous about burnout and the long-term sustainability of our project execution.
