GD - Morale seems lower lately. Anyone else feel it?

Been with GD for a while now, and lately, the general vibe just feels... off. People seem more stressed, less engaged. The hiring freeze is definitely a factor, and the lack of clarity on future projects isn't helping. But it feels like more than just that. Are there other factors at play? Leadership communication, workload distribution, or just the general economic climate impacting defense spending? Curious to hear if others are picking up on this too, or if I'm just in a bubble. Trying to stay positive but it's getting harder.

I've noticed it too. There's a definite tension in the air that wasn't there a year or two ago. It feels like a lot of us are waiting for the other shoe to drop, with all the talk about restructuring and market shifts. The hiring freeze definitely puts a strain on existing teams, making workloads feel heavier. Plus, it's hard to feel motivated when the path forward seems uncertain. I'm hoping for more transparency soon.
