I'm feeling it too, especially in the last quarter. It's like the brakes have been gently applied across the board. There's been more emphasis on efficiency and resource allocation, which is fine, but it does create a sense of caution. I've noticed some reorganizations and project reviews that weren't as common before. It's not alarm bells ringing, but the hum of business as usual has definitely changed pitch. Glad I'm not the only one picking up on it.
Yeah, the atmosphere has shifted. We've had some internal meetings discussing strategic realignment and prioritizing key initiatives, which has led to some projects being put on hold or scaled back. It's mostly been communicated as standard business practice, but the frequency and intensity have increased. It's good to hear that this perception isn't isolated to just my corner of the company. Hopefully, we'll get more clarity soon about the direction things are headed.
