General Dynamics - Is it just me or are internal opportunities drying up?

I've been looking to move internally to a different role within GD, something that aligns more with my career goals. Historically, there always seemed to be a decent number of internal postings, and people I knew often made moves. Lately though, the internal job board feels pretty bare. And when something does pop up, it feels like it gets filled internally *very* quickly, or sometimes not posted externally at all. This makes me wonder if they're tightening things up internally as well. Are they looking to hold onto talent where they are, or is there less internal mobility happening overall? Wondering if this is a trend others are seeing across different divisions.
