Anyone else seeing a hiring freeze/slowdown?

Just curious if others at General Mills are noticing a significant slowdown in hiring or even a quiet freeze on backfills. My team's been trying to fill a critical open role for months, and we keep getting the runaround about budget approvals. Internal postings seem to have dried up too. It feels different from previous years. Usually, there's at least some movement, but right now, it's like everything's on pause. Makes you wonder what's happening behind the scenes. Are they trying to cut costs proactively, or is this just a temporary hold? Wondering if this is a company-wide thing or specific to certain divisions.
