So, this is more of a rant, but also a call for solidarity. We're feeling the squeeze pretty hard in my group. Travel budgets have been slashed, discretionary spending is non-existent, and even basic office supplies seem to be under tighter scrutiny. It's starting to impact our ability to do our jobs effectively. We're missing out on key industry events, client meetings are being prioritized over internal development, and the general morale is taking a hit. It feels like we're being asked to do more with less, and the lack of transparency about *why* is the most frustrating part. Are other parts of General Mills seeing this level of belt-tightening? Feels like something's brewing, even if there's no official layoff news. Just want to know if I'm alone in this.
