Feeling the pressure at General Mills lately

Hey everyone. Been with GMI for a few years now, and honestly, the vibe has been… tense. We've had a lot of changes in leadership and strategy over the past year, and it feels like no one's really sure where we're headed. Projects are shifting, priorities feel like they're moving weekly, and it's making it hard to focus. I've seen some really talented people start looking elsewhere, and the general feeling is a bit of 'wait and see' mixed with anxiety. It’s not just my team either, I've heard similar things from folks in other departments. Anyone else feeling this shift? Is it just the general economic climate affecting everything, or is there something more specific happening internally that people aren't talking about openly? Trying to stay positive and focused, but it's getting tougher.
