General Mills: Anyone else feeling the 'quiet uncertainty' lately?

Hey folks, been with General Mills for a few years now in [department, e.g., marketing/supply chain]. Lately, the vibe in the office (and even on some of the internal channels) feels a bit...off. Lots of 'efficiency' talks, whispers about restructuring, and some project scopes seem to be shrinking. Nothing concrete, no official announcements, but the chatter is definitely there. Just wondering if anyone else is picking up on this or if I'm just overthinking things. Is it just the general economic climate impacting consumer goods, or is there something more specific happening at GM? Curious to hear if anyone has insights or has seen similar trends in their departments. Trying to stay positive but also realistic, you know?

Definitely feel it too. Been here about the same amount of time in [another department]. The 'efficiency' drive has been noticeable, and it feels like more than just standard business jargon. Saw some team reorganizations announced last month that were framed positively, but it definitely led to some reallocation of resources and responsibilities that felt like a subtle downshift. Hoping it's just a standard cycle and not a sign of bigger shifts to come, but the uncertainty is palpable.
