Anyone else experiencing this? Seeing fewer opportunities open up, or maybe even hearing about roles being eliminated quietly? Trying to gauge if this is just a normal Q4 slowdown or if there's a bigger shift happening. Feels like it's time to start dusting off the resume just in case, even though I love my job here.
