Morale hit hard lately - is it just me?

Seriously, what is going on at General Mills? The energy in my team has been so low lately. It feels like there's a constant cloud hanging over us. We're being pushed to do more with less, and the usual perks or recognition seem to have dried up. People are stressed, and the constant talk about 'tough decisions' and 'future-proofing' without any concrete details is just creating anxiety. I've overheard conversations that are definitely a bit bleak, questioning job security. Is this a widespread feeling across the company, or is my specific division just feeling the burn more intensely? I'm starting to question my own future here, and it's not a great feeling. Just looking for some solidarity or insight if anyone else feels the same way. Trying to stay positive but it's getting harder.

I'm feeling it too. The pressure has been mounting, and it feels like we're running on fumes. The communication hasn't been the clearest, which definitely adds to the uncertainty. It’s tough when you’re putting in the hours and don't see the same level of enthusiasm or support you used to. Hopefully, things pick up soon, or at least we get more clarity on the path forward.

Management needs to address these concerns directly and offer some reassurance, because this current vibe isn't sustainable.
