Hey everyone. Been with Gilead for a few years now, mostly in the non-research side but I've been hearing whispers. Nothing concrete, no official announcements, but there's a definite buzz. Projects seem to be getting re-evaluated more intensely, and there's a lot of talk about 'strategic shifts.' Is anyone else picking up on this? It feels like a time of uncertainty, and frankly, it's starting to get to me. I'm wondering if it's just my department or if it's a broader company thing. Curious to hear if others are seeing similar signs or if you have any insights into where Gilead might be heading strategically. Trying to stay positive but it's tough when there's so much ambiguity. I've been at Gilead for a while too, and I'm definitely sensing something similar. The 'strategic shifts' are being discussed quite a bit, and it does create a certain anxiety.
