Gilead: Anyone else notice hiring freezes or slowdowns?

Just wondering if I'm the only one sensing a bit of a freeze across various departments at Gilead lately? Been keeping an eye on openings and talking to people internally, and it feels like new roles aren't being posted as frequently, and some roles that were open seem to have gone quiet. It's not a layoff announcement, so I know that's not what this is, but it's definitely a different vibe than it was a year or two ago. Is this a company-wide thing or specific to certain divisions?
