Gilead: Is it just me or is there an unusual silence from HR lately?

Been with Gilead for a while, and typically there's always some internal comms about organizational changes, new initiatives, or even just general HR updates. Lately, though, it feels like crickets. Has anyone else noticed a significant dip in communication from HR or senior leadership regarding the company's direction or any upcoming structural shifts? It’s almost *too* quiet, which, in my experience, can sometimes precede bigger news. Not trying to stir up drama, but the lack of transparency on certain fronts is a bit unsettling. Just checking if this is a widespread observation or if I'm overthinking the quiet spell. Hoping for some clarity or at least shared experiences.

I've noticed the same thing. It's definitely quieter than usual. Normally, there's a steady stream of updates, but it's been eerily silent for a while now. Makes you wonder what's going on behind the scenes. Hoping it's just a lull and not indicative of something more.

Yeah, I'm picking up on that too. The lack of communication is a bit unsettling. I'm trying to stay positive, but the silence is louder than usual, and it's hard not to speculate a little. Wonder if they're consolidating information or if something else is afoot.
