Just saw the latest WARN filing for the Lancaster location. 119 employees impacted, effective end of December. It’s honestly getting exhausting to keep track of these rolling reductions at this point. I know a few folks in the department impacted and the mood is predictably absolute garbage. Management keeps talking about 'optimizing our portfolio' and 'strategic realignment' during the all-hands, but we all know what that really means. If you’re in an impacted role, start pinging your network now before the holidays hit. Does anyone know if they are offering the standard severance package or is it getting leaner? I’ve been here long enough to see the culture shift from R&D-first to pure financial engineering, and it’s a shame to watch. Stay safe out there.

It is honestly soul-crushing to see these numbers climb every quarter. They keep pushing the 'strategic realignment' narrative, but it feels like the pipeline is just being gutted to pump up short-term margins for investors. I feel for everyone affected in Foster City; that office has been a revolving door of stress for the last year. If you are one of the 119, take the time you need to disconnect before jumping into the market. This company is a shadow of what it was a few years ago.

Same old script from leadership, different day. I stopped listening to the all-hands calls months ago because they never address the actual morale crisis. We are all just lines on a spreadsheet to them at this point. Sending my best to the team in Lancaster—it is exhausting to watch your colleagues get walked out while executives talk about growth. Update your resumes, polish those portfolios, and do not waste any loyalty on a place that treats talent like a disposable resource.
