Globe Life - Any word on potential restructuring?

Hey everyone, been with Globe Life for a few years now and things have felt a bit... uncertain lately. No official announcements or anything, but there's definitely a shift in the air. Project scopes are changing, some teams seem to be shrinking, and there's a general buzz about efficiency drives. It's making me nervous, to be honest. I'm wondering if anyone else is picking up on this or if there are any whispers from leadership about potential upcoming changes, maybe even some belt-tightening. Trying to stay optimistic but also want to be prepared if something's brewing. Is it just me, or are others seeing similar signs? Any intel would be appreciated.

I've been feeling a similar unease. The project reassignments and the general 'do more with less' vibe have been hard to ignore. It's not just you. While I haven't heard any concrete rumors about restructuring, the signs are definitely there. It's smart to be prepared and maybe start dusting off that resume, just in case. Hope things stabilize soon for everyone.

It's definitely a strange time. The constant flux in project priorities and the whispers about 'streamlining' operations have created a lot of anxiety. I'm trying not to jump to conclusions, but the lack of clear communication from management isn't helping. Hopefully, if there are changes, they're focused on improving things long-term rather than just cutting costs. Keeping my ears open for any solid info.
