Globe Life - Anyone else feeling the pressure?

Hey everyone, been with Globe Life for a few years now and lately, things feel... off. There haven't been any official announcements, but the vibe in the office (or on calls, for those remote) has been tense. There's been a lot of reshuffling in some departments, and some of my colleagues have been dropping hints about 'restructuring' and 'efficiency improvements'. It's making me nervous, to be honest. I've been trying to keep my head down and do good work, but you can't help but overhear whispers. Has anyone else experienced this? Any intel on what might be going on behind the scenes? Just trying to gauge the temperature. Not looking for rumors, but if you have any concrete info or have seen similar patterns, would love to hear it.

I've noticed the same unease. It's definitely a strange atmosphere lately, with all the hushed conversations and unexpected department shifts. It makes you wonder what's really going on behind the scenes. I'm hoping it's just standard seasonal adjustments or something similar, but the lack of clear communication is definitely adding to the anxiety for a lot of us.

Totally feel you. The tension has been palpable for a while now. It's tough to stay focused when there's so much uncertainty swirling around.
