Globe Life - Anyone else noticing increased pressure/workload lately?

Hey everyone, been with Globe Life for a few years now and lately things have felt… different. Management seems really on edge, lots of rushed decisions and what feels like a general sense of urgency that wasn't there before. My team's workload has definitely ramped up, and it feels like we're being pushed to do more with less. I haven't heard any official word about layoffs or major restructuring, but the atmosphere is definitely tense. It's making it hard to focus and feel secure, honestly. Just wondering if this is a company-wide thing or if I'm just in a weird department. Anyone else feeling this vibe?
