Globe Life - Feeling the pinch, is it just me?

Alright, I'm going to vent a little here. Lately, it feels like we're being squeezed more and more at Globe Life. Budgets seem tighter, approvals are taking longer, and there's this constant push for 'efficiency' that just feels like doing more with less. I haven't seen any official announcements, but the undercurrent is definitely there. People are quiet in meetings, and the usual water cooler chat has a nervous edge to it. My manager is being cagey when asked about future plans, which isn't helping. Just wondering if this is a company-wide thing or if I'm in a particularly rough department. Seriously considering my options if this continues.

I've been feeling it too. The 'efficiency' push is real, and it's definitely making things more challenging day-to-day. Seems like every little expense is being scrutinized, and getting even basic approvals feels like a marathon. It's creating a lot of extra work and stress for everyone trying to meet targets.
