Anyone else feel like their salary at Globe Life has stagnated, especially compared to the cost of living increases and what seems to be market rates elsewhere? I've been here for a decent stretch and my raises have been minimal, barely keeping pace. I've looked at some similar roles outside the company and the difference is pretty stark. It's starting to make me question my long-term financial trajectory here. Is this a common experience across the board at Globe Life, or am I in a particularly rough spot? I'm seeing the same thing. The cost of living has definitely outpaced the raises I've received. It feels like there's a ceiling, and it's not tied to my performance or the value I bring. I've been exploring options too, and the numbers elsewhere are compelling. It's frustrating to feel undervalued when you're putting in the work and seeing expenses climb relentlessly.
